Penny Pincher is the manager of the savings bank in BeastsTown. He's always trustworthy and when it comes to money, he's no fun at all. He turns over every coin twice and saves as much as he can. This has got him a considerable fortune and rumor has it that he has a chicken farm on the Beastchelles with a view of the sea.
