At the famous Richard Wagner Festival in Bayreuth, dragon Fafner regularly plays an important role in the opera Siegfried. Being born-and-bred Bayreuth residents ourselves, we are delighted to recreate this legendary creature as one of our sigikid BEASTS, in our own quirky & cuddly way:
While the Fafner for season 2023 had been of a fiery red, the 2025 edition shows a warm cognac brown velour plush. Combined with talons, back spikes and wing upper sides in a leathery shade of brown, he could look fearsome – if not for his soulful look: our dragon lives on cuddles, and his predator-fur-style belly is his softest spot! A handsome length of 50 cm makes him an EPIC eye catcher wherever he makes his home. A mythical being to hug and to cuddle, for fans of opera and of fantasy stories alike!
