As soft and natural as a tender loving kiss for your little sweetie! Our Natural Friends are made of soft cotton terry, filled with silky, lightweight kapok fibre, and designed with lots of love. The comforting, cuddly shape of this cute capybara offers various bits and pieces for babies to hold on to; its facial features are embroidered so that little ones can snuggle up without being irritated by unyielding materials. An endearing, natural friend for babies and toddlers, to cherish and to keep.
Kapok fibres from the fruits of the huge kapok trees are said to be the most lightweight from all natural fibres. They are hollow and water-repellent, even buoyant, and have insulating properties. The ripe pods are collected, their hard shells opened and the fibres inside removed to be cleaned and dried - without any chemical treatment.
